Jim and I are working in Palm Desert,CA. and next door to us is this Italian restaurant -La Bella Cucina Trattoria- http://www.halianrestaurantpalmdesert.com/ own by Elena & Chef Tony Riccio.
After talking with Chef Tony and he found out Jim is Gluten-Free, He told us he cooks lots of Gluten Free Dishes and have gluten free pasta!!!!! sells them too!
Of cause we are there to try them out!
Jim ordered the Grilled Melanzane Parmigiana--Grilled Eggplant and pasta w/tomato sauce. yummmmy
me, I had Calamari Salad !!! awesome!
If you are ever in Palm Desert/Palm Spring area you must stop by and try their food.
