Red Iguana restaurant in Salt Lake City UT

When have been to the Red Iguana restaurant in Salt Lake City about 4 years ago.
We had about an hour wait for our table. As we were waiting, we visited with others that are also in line. Found out an hour wait is nothing! At that time They did not have a Gluten Free Menu, or fully understand what Gluten free is.
