1 10-oz bag of fresh spinach leaves place in large bowl |
1 fresh pear sliced and cubed |
1 small red onion,halved and sliced thin |
1/2 cup pecans |
1 7oz package goat cheese,crumbled |
stir 4Tbs oil and balsamic vinegar togather |
Directions:
Heat 4 Tbs oil in large skellet over high heat. Add red onion and saute until brown and softened about 7 minutes |
Stir in the pear and pecans |
Add to spinach in bowl |
add goat cheese |
pour in oil and vinegar mixture toss to coat and wilt slightly |
