Macaroni Pie


Macaroni Pie!!





1 1/2 Cups crushed Van's Say Cheese cracker
2 1/2 Cups grated Cheddar Cheese
4 TBS(1/2 stick) Butter,melted
2 TBS cold Butter,cut into pieces
4 1/2 cups Gluten free cooked elbow macaroni,drained and kept HOT
2 eggs,beaten
1/2 cup milk
1/4 cup sour cream
1/4 tsp salt


Oven-350
grease 9x13 pan

In a bowl combine crackers,1cup of cheese and the melted butter. press firmly in bottom of pan.

In large bowl, mix the Macaroni with 1/2 cup of cheese.
In another bowl put eggs,milk,,sour cream, cold pieces of butterand salt.
Stir the milk mixture into the macaroni/cheese

Pour the combined Mix into the cracker crust and top with remaining cheese
Bake for about 25 minutes

Trademark Pizza Company

Last Friday (1/31/14) we stopped in Roseville to visite Joe,TK and the grandkids.
We had spend Thursday night in Willsonville OR.We wanted to be in Roseville in time for dinner.
Yep! Drove 10 hours but we met the kids at 7pm @Trademark Pizza Company.

Tasty gluten-free pizza! The crust was not rice-flour only! What a change.
The pizza crust is thick and bready. It's not overly chewy or tough.
