Gluten Free Chocolate Mayonnaise CupCakes With Brown Sugar Frosting

Janet has been asking me to make some Mayo cupcakes.
I have been trying out differdnt recipes.
Some are still too dry.
Some are too much mayonnaise.
I think I get it now!

Dry Ingredients
2 cups gluten free  flour
1 cup sugar
3/4 cup natural cocoa powder
1 teaspoon baking soda  
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 tsp salt

Wet Ingredients

1 cup mayonnaise (not low-fat)
2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract 
 1  cup  water
 
put all the dry ingredients together in a large bowl, mix well.
add the wet ingredients to it and mix well.
 
scoop in to cupcake tray  and bake at 350 for 29 minutes

Frost with brown sugar frosting
