Easiest Flaky Gluten Free Pie Crust
for two pie crusts
3 cups GF flour (I use Bob's 1 to 1)
1/2 tsp baking powder
4 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup butter (soften)
1 cup sourcream
first, put all dry ingredients in a bowl and whisk togather
in a 2nd mixing bowl put butter and sourcream to mix. It will be chunky.
now you are ready to roll them out
Is this easy or what! fill with your favorite pie mix and back away!!
