Peanut Butter Pie

Made one pie shell

preheat oven to 350
Ingredients:
1 cup corn syrup ( I use light )
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup Peanut Butter ( I use chunky )
1/2 tsp salt
Mix well in a mixer
then add
4 eggs and 1/2 tsp vinilla
Mix on low or stir them.
try not to create too many air bubbles
Bake for 60 minutes
the top will be puffed and the middle is almost set
the top will sink as it cools
