1 can sliced Peaches, undrained and diced
1 can Apple Pie filling
1 box Betty Crocker Gluten Free Yellow Cake Mix
1 cube butter (1/2 cup)
1/2 cup chopped almonds
Dump undrained can of sliced peaches in to a greased 9x13 backing dish,spread evenly over bottom.
Dump pie filling over peaches, spreading as evenly as possible.
dump the box of Betty Crocker Gluten Free Yellow Cake Mix over pie filling so it covers the whole pan.
Cut butter into thin pats and place over cake mix.
sprinkle chopped almonds over top.
Cover with foil and bake at 350 for 45 minutes
uncover and bake for another 15 minutes
the original recipe use pineapple and since my pregnant daughter can not have pineapple right now I use peaches and apple and it was a hit.
