Gluten Free Restaurant in Everett Marina,WA.:Lombardi’s neighborhood Italian restaurant

Today was suppose to be a work day. But the truck with our fixtures can't be there..their excuse # 99: it just showed up and we couldn't load it on the truck today to get to you.
I got the day off ( OK, 1/2 a day off) and Jim stayed at the store.
Goodwill shopping!!!!!!!wooooohooooo
So we had time to drive out to Everett, WA. and had dinner @Lombardi’s neighborhood Italian restaurant.
The food was great!!!  But the service was very slooow. we sat down and were given water right away but no one came back to check on us for at least 15 minutes. then 15 minutes more before our orders were taken. Jim saw another couple walk out, who were there before us. At the same time , we also see other tables being waited on and served for people who came in after us. No ideas what was going on. Again, the FOOD was GOOD :-)
Lombardi’s neighborhood Italian restaurant
The name “Lombardi’s” was chosen because “Lombardy” is a region in Italy.

Lombardi’s is pleased to offer many gluten free choices, including gluten free pasta.

  1. I ate there in the bar for happy hour yesterday. I had wanted to try their GF fare for some time. I was so busy talking with my friend, I wasn't my normal hyper-viligant self when eating out. After nearly finishing the Mac & Cheese I detected bread crumbs. They confirmed it had bread crumbs, rice noodles, but bread crumbs. Arggg!!! Lesson to self, you CANNOT count on cooks and waitresses to attend to these details (they should!).
