So I have been wanting some apple cake.
Last time I made this cake ( in a cake pan) it was very good, but I want more of the outer edges.
So, I made them into cupcakes. Much much better! We can eat some and put some in the freezer for later.
This time I use the muffin top pans and the little muffin bunt pans.
This apple cake is so moist and Super easy to make

Frosted Cakery inTower District
My daughter ordered this gluten free cake from Frosted Cakery in the Tower district.
the cake is beautiful but the taste was OK not great. the service on the other hand was BAD....
better off going to the store and buy a mix and bake it yourself, might not look as pretty but it will taste better
